I’ve worked under a noise ordinance. It is difficult to handle and a difficult call for the police agency handling the call. The police agency will soon tire of the amount of calls received and are busy enough with more serious calls to handle. If the noise is that bad let the police handle it with a disoderly conduct arrest.
