The Strand Center for the Arts is excited to announce that they will be hosting an art sale and auction on Saturday, August 29, 2015. This will be a one night only event that will take place in the Main Gallery at The Strand Center for the Arts on 23 Brinkerhoff Street in Plattsburgh. The Strand Center will be auctioning-off original artworks and selling a variety of art supply items. Both the art sale and auction will last from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Saturday, August 29 and are free & open to the public.

This art sale and auction will act as a fundraiser for The Strand Center for the Arts. The Strand Center will be auctioning-off and selling a variety of items including original paintings, watercolor & oil paints, paintbrushes, canvas materials, novelties, artist’s books and frames. This is a great opportunity that one will not want to miss, especially not for our area’s local artists.

Select items from a Private Collection of a local art enthusiast will be available as silent auction items. Over 80 other pieces from this Private Collection will also be for sale. All purchases can be taken home that night!
