Dunkin Donuts to Open Tomorrow

There’s a beehive of activity on the Bear Swamp Road today. According a roadside sign, the new Dunkin Donuts restaurant will open tomorrow (Tuesday, November 1, 2016) at 5 a.m.

Last February franchisee Ray Aley told the Peru Gazette he hoped to begin contsruction on July 1 and open by September 1.

Groundbreaking finally took place on August 17th. Ten weeks to construct the building is still impressive.
