O’Connor Composite Squad Color Guard Civil Air Patrol; Opening Prayer by St. Augustine’s Pastor Rev. Alan Shnob; Addresses by the VFW’s Voice of Democracy Contest Winner Matthew Fall, Peru Town Counselor Donald McBrayer, Clinton County Legislator Rob Timmons, Benediction by Rev. Shnob, a Rifle Salute by the U.S. Army Reserve Unit Plattsburgh Center, and Taps by Lynn Wilke and Carson Larrow.
