NY DOT personnel cut a tree deemed hazardous on Main Street this morning.

I understand cutting down trees that after many, many years have become a safety concern in the Village but is there a plan to replace them?

NYS D.O.T. says the trees were a hazard and it does not replace hazardous trees.
