A scary time in downtown Peru

Bill Downs is well known in Peru for his work with the town and his leadership of the Fire Department. However, this is the fourth year Bill and several of his family and friends entertained both children and adults with their scary creatures and scenes at Bill’s home at the corner of Main St. and the Bear Swamp Road.
