Good News for Lyons Road Drivers

August 28, 2026 – The Town of Peru Highway Department has announced that at 5 pm the Lyons Road box culvert replacement project will be completed and the road will be re-opened at that time.

Lyons Road about ready to reopen

August 27, 2026, Lyons Road, Per u, NY – Contractor Ed Garrow and Sons, Inc. plans to complete the Lyons Road culvert replacement project either tomorrow (Friday) or very early next week. Finishing touches were in progress today. Lyons Road has been closed to thru-traffic since July 21.
