The Town of Peru Town Board has scheduled a Special Meeting for Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. to adopt the 2024 Final Budget and a 5:45 p.m. Special Meeting to accept the 2023 Water/Sewer Relevy.

The town of Peru will be closing a portion of McIntosh Drive  @ house #22 tomorrow August 22nd  from 7:30 am till 3 pm for sewer line replacement.   There will be NO through traffic during this time.

Sept. 28th – 8 a.m. All Town Of Peru Water District customers remain under a boil water order. A boil water order was issued due to a water main break and significant loss of pressure to most customers. Check samples will be taken today to confirm the water is safe for consumption.

Peru – The Peru Water Department reports a main water transmission line break on Elm Street. There is no water at the Peru School, LaFleur Lane, Washington St., or other streets. All users are expected to be affected eventually.
