Honor Flight Ceremony – A Great Experience

The Peru Gazette was honored to be present at Saturday’s North Country Flight Ceremonies in the City of Plattsburgh Recreation Center at the U.S. Oval. Bernhard Jakobetz of Peru/Harkness/AuSable was one of the honored veterans. Ron LaDuke, who is very active in our local VFW Post, was also s Honor Flight Honoree.
The Peru Volunteer Fire Department was one of the departments deploying the U.S. Flag on New York Avenue.
