Here’s a great volunteer opportunity!
Help! The Elmore SPCA Bottle Drop at Stewart’s in Peru is in need of volunteers. Last week we turned in almost 2100 recyclables @5¢ each! If several people shared this job it could be set up as one day per week or once every 2 weeks per person. It is a less than pleasant job, but we have developed some practical and helpful coping techniques and would share them and train you. An appropriate vehicle is a help – no tiny sports cars need apply! This bottle drop is proving to be a valuable and steady source of funding for our spay-neuter program.
