33rd Annual Applefest Set For Next Weekend

The crispness of the early autumn air can only mean one thing: It’s Applefest Time! St. Augustine’s Parish will be celebrating the 33rd annual Applefest on Saturday the 18th & Sunday the 19th at the Parish Center with a boatload of fun activities for the entire family.
On Saturday we kick off the event at 11AM with a Parade starting from Peru School, and ending at the Parish Center followed by LIVE MUSIC featuring Back Porch Band from 1:00 to 3:00 pm & The Bright Brothers (of American Idol fame) from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
On Sunday we host our delicious KofC Chicken Bar-B-Que (with take-outs available) & LIVE MUSIC featuring Denim from 1:00 to 3:00 pm & Bootleg from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. We wrap up the event with an Early Bird Applefest Card Drawing of $500.
On Both days we will also be hosting one of the area’s largest Craft Fairs with over 60 vendors.
