Northway to be closed in alternating lanes Monday and Tuesday

Please be advised, motorists may expect to encounter lane closures on I-87 November 2 and November 3.  Northbound is expected to be closed on Tuesday, November 2 with Southbound closed on Wednesday, November 3.

The closures are necessary to set steel on the CR 38 (Arthur Road) Bridge Reconstruction Project.

The closures will be for 8 daylight hours.  All traffic will use the detour on Rte 22 between Exits 34 and 36.

Closure will only occur if weather permits.  In the case of inclement weather, the steel erection will be rescheduled for the next available day.
