Octoberfest Half Marathon on Saturday will result in street/road closures & delays
The Octoberfest Half Marathon would like to announce the race course so everyone is aware of road closures/delays for October 15, 2011 in Peru.
The race will start on Bear Swamp Road at 9 am. Bear Swamp Road (Peru Fire Department to 22), Main Street/22 (from the light in Peru to Cross Street) and Cross Street will be closed for 15 minutes while the runners get started. From 9:15 until 12:30 Bear Swamp Road will be a one lane road in front of the Peru Fire Department. Please use caution on all the roads listed and if at all possible try to use alternate roads during the race hours of 9am to 12:30pm.
