It’s time to sign-up for the Turkey Trot

Turkey Trot 2009

The Peru Lions Club will be hosting its 34th annual John P. Adams Memorial Turkey Trot on November 24, 2011 (Thanksgiving Day).

Pre-register by going to www.perulionsclub.weebly.com and click on ‘Sign up for Turkey Trot’. Download the form (DO NOT CLICK SUBMIT ), fill it out and send the form with a check to Peru Lions Club, P.O. Box 165, Peru, NY 12972. Same day registration starts at 7:30 a.m. at the Peru Intermediate School (crackerbox) gym. The 1 mile fun run/walk begins at 9:00 a.m. and the 5 & 10K races, shortly afterward. Entry fee for the 5 & 10K events is $15 and the 1 mile fun run/walk fee is $5.  Trophies are awarded to male and female winners of the 5 & 10K races.
