The Peru Gazette

The Catholic Community of St. Augustine’s and St. Patrick’s Parish, The Peru Community Church, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court St. Monica 2598 and Knights of Columbus Council 7273 in Peru will hold its 7^th Annual Walk of Faith on Sunday, October 13^th at Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine (behind St. Augustine’s Church). The event is free and will be held rain or shine. Donations will be accepted the day of the Walk for The North Country Mission of Hope and the Peru Community Church’s Jamaica Project.

Early registration begins at 11:45 AM and the Opening Ceremony begins at 12:30 PM.  The Walk covers a 2.7 mile route through the Peru hamlet. For more information please contact Christa Reyell at 566-6404.
