Statements of Interest Sought to Fill Peru School Board Vacancy
PERU — Jonathan Ruff, a member of the Peru Central School Board of Education has resigned, and the board would like to hear from district residents willing to fill the vacancy. The board intends to appoint a new member at the meeting set for Tuesday, Nov. 12. The appointment will expire on May 21, 2014.
Those interested are asked to submit their name and contact information to Peru Central School District Clerk, PO Box 68, Peru, NY 12972 no later than 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4. Candidates should provide a written statement of interest of no more than 150 words.
