Approved Minutes of Dashnaw Rd. Zoning Change Meeting
A Public Hearing of the Peru Town Board was held on Monday, August 26, 2019 at the Town Hall. Those present were Mr. Brandy McDonald Supervisor-Excused, Mr. James Douglass, Councilman; Mr. James Langley, Councilman; Mr. Melvin Irwin, Councilman; Mr. Richard Barber, Councilman; Mrs. Dianne Miller, Town Clerk. Also present were Mr. Bob Guynup, Zoning Officer; Ms. Pamela Barber, Confidential Secretary to the Board and Mr. Dave Drollette, Dog Control officer.
The Purpose of the Public Hearing is to amend four parcels from “commercial” to “residential” on the Zoning Map.
The Public Hearing was called to order at 6:40 PM by Mr. Douglass, with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion by Mr.Langley, seconded by Mr. Irwin to open the Public Hearing on the Zoning Map Update.
Ayes 4 Nays 0 Motion Carried
Community Input and Questions
Ruth Evans and Ron Quattrocci asked for clarification on the change.
Motion by Mr. Langley, seconded by Mr. Barber to close the Public Hearing at 6:51 PM, on the Zoning Map Update.
Ayes 4 Nays 0 Motion Carried
Motion by Mr. Barber, seconded by Mr. Irwin to adjourn the Public Hearing at 6:52 PM. Ayes 4 Nays 0 Motion Carried
