Local COVID-19 October 15th Report: Lab-confirmed positive +4, Recovered +4, Active +0, Tested +433
Here are today’s Clinton County COVID-19 case updates. Four additional lab-confirmed positive cases reported today, and four individuals moved to recovered category. Currently 12 active cases in Clinton County.
These new cases have been connected to cases previously identified by SUNY Plattsburgh as students. A total of 6 SUNY students are included in Clinton County’s case numbers. Contact tracing efforts for students and staff identified as contacts of these cases is ongoing. For more on SUNY visit https://www.suny.edu/covid19-tracker/.
Clinton County residents are asked to remain vigilant as COVID-19 is present in our community. It is important for all residents to continue to physically distance (6 feet) from others, wear masks, wash hands frequently, avoid crowds, and stay home when sick.
