  • You must bring proof of residency in Clinton County, or proof of employment that you work

    If there are no appointments available when you click on it, please check in periodically to see if additional appointments have been added.

    Clinic location is: Clinton Community College Gymnasium at 158 Clinton Point Drive, Plattsburgh, NY.

    If you have a scheduled appointment at another facility in the future but are planning to attend this event please cancel your other appointment after you have attended this clinic. Your first dose and your second dose are to be given by the same agency. We are offering only the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine; theseconddoseisdueataminimumof28daysafterthefirstdose. Wewillsendasecondlinkcloser to when that dose is due.
