New Dog Rescue Facility Appeals Code Enforcement Officer’s Decision
Peru – Oct. 6, 2021 – The Press Republican reports today in its Public Notice section that the Peru Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following matters on October 20, 2021 at 7 p.m. in the Peru Town Hall.
Applicant A. Canine Gem Rescue Inc. seeks an appeal of the Code Enforcement Officer’s allegation that the applicant is operating a dog kennel without Town Zoning approval at Tax Map parcel 280.-1-32.3 located at 692 Bear Swamp Rd.
Applicant Ryan Darby seeks a Use Variance to build and operate a warehouse/distribution building at Tax Map Parcel 258.-1-18 located on the Rock Rd. (Peru Gazette note – located across the railroad tracks on the left as you drive to the lake)
Everett Ezero seeks an Area Variance for a 35 foot relief from the required 75 foot setback for the construction of a Single Family Dwelling at Tax Map 280.-1-14. (Peru Gazette Note – located on the Union Rd. on the right as you drive southwest from Cross Street).
Applicant Verizon Wireless seeks a Special Use Permit to remove existing cell antennas and replace with 6 new cell antennas and related equipment at Tax Map Parcel 280.-1-14 located at 9 Cross Street.
