 Oct. 13th Clinton County Tire Round Up – REGISTRATION REQUIRED

The Clinton County Soil & Water Conservation District and the Town of Schuyler Falls are collaborating to co-host a tire collection event. 

This event is being held to help Clinton County residents properly dispose of old used tires. Scrap tires can degrade, causing chemicals to leach into the soil and waterways and old tire dumps can provide fertile breeding grounds for mosquitos. This Program is open to all Clinton County residents

Date:   Thursday, October 13th, 2022

Time:   1:00 pm until 4 PM pm

Place:   Town of Schuyler Falls Highway Garage, 599 Mason St. Morrisonville, NY 12962

Who:   Clinton County residents

Cost:  No Charge!      

Registration is REQUIRED – please register before October 12th by  

calling the Clinton County Soil & Water office at 518-561-4616 ext 3 (between 9 am-2 pm)

Space is Limited- Registration will end when max. # of tires have been registered

• Collection is on Thursday, October 13th, from 1 pm-4 pm, 

• Maximum of 10 tires per vehicle 

• Tires must be: 

o Whole tires, No Rims, No excessive dirt, mud or water 

o ONLY Passenger car or Passenger Truck (no semi, heavy truck, tractor, ATV, etc.)

o Must be less than 19.5”

***You MUST pre-register to get on the list   

The District reserves the right to reject non-passenger and non-pickup truck tires.
