On November 8, 2022 a record number of Peru voters turned for a non-presidential year election

In 2022, 2,647 Peru voters cast ballots, 54.4% of Peru’s 4,867 registered voters. 262 voted early, 241 voted absentee and 22 voted by affidavit. 

In 2018, the last non-presidential election, 2,460 Peru voters cast ballots, 57% of Peru’s 4,295 registered voters up from 49% non-presidential election year 20

27,906 voters cast ballots in Clinton County (56.85%) of all registered voters. 

As of November 8, 2022 Clinton County has 52,980 Registered Voters up from 48,720 in 2020.
