Plattsburgh closes FY22 with budget surplus
Mayoral Budget proposes tax rate reduction for FY2023.
City property owners pay a combined 2023 tax rate of $37.90 per $1,000 of assessed property value, according to the city analysis.
This combined rate consists of the Plattsburgh City School rate of $22.15, City of Plattsburgh rate of $10.86, and the Clinton County rate of $4.89.
