WHEREAS, at its regularly scheduled meeting on July 27, 2026, the Town Board duly passed resolution 26.07-27.01, to call for a public hearing in accordance with Town Law to change the residency requirements for the Deputy Town Clerk
NOW, THEREFORE,

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Peru will hold a Public Hearing in the meeting room at the Town of Peru Town Hall Building, 3036 Main Street, Town of Peru, New York(Clinton County), on the 10* Day of August, 2026 at 5:45 O’clock P.M. to view documents and consider said change.
