The Plattsburgh Police Department is excited to invite you to our 2nd Community Bike & E-Mobility Safety Forum, happening in just one month! Whether you ride a traditional bicycle, an E-bike, a scooter,or any other mobility device, this interactive session is packed with practical tips for riders of all ages.
What to expect:
Clear breakdowns of right-of-way rules and NYS laws for E-bike classifications.
Best practices for safely sharing the road with pedestrians, drivers, and other riders.
Walkthroughs of real-world scenarios.

your skills!
