Peru, NY – At a special meeting on Monday, October 5, at 5:30 PM, the Peru Town Board presented the town’s tentative 2027 Budget. Town Supervisor Craig said the budget includes estimates of department expenses and revenue. Over the next several days, the board will examine the budget in detail and make adjustments wherever possible. On November 5, the Board will hold a public hearing on its Preliminary Budget, during which the public can ask questions and comment on the budget
