Dunkin upgrade designed for faster service and a better working environment
Peru, NY, October 31, 2026 – This morning, Dunkin Manager Deannie King said sales returned to normal yesterday, the first day of operation after a ten-day closure for painting and equipment upgrades. The longtime manager happily pointed to the display cases, new espresso machine, order touch board, digital display boards, and two high-tech ovens working behind the scenes. She said, “It’s all about better and quicker customer service.”King pointed out the many ways customers can order – in person, on the touch screen, on their apps, or at the drive-thru. On-the-Go enables customers to order online and have their orders awaiting them inside the restaurant, bypassing any long drive-thru lineups. The espresso machine cleans itself, giving the staff an extra hour to serve customers.
