A message to Town of Peru Democrats
A message from the Peru Democratic Party
The Peru Democratic Party Caucus will be held on Thursday, June 9th, 2011 at the Peru Town Hall. All persons attending must be signed in and in place prior to 7:00PM. Persons arriving after 7:00PM will not be allowed to attend the caucus. This is mandated by election law. Caucus workers will be available at 6:30 PM to sign people in. Plan on arriving early to allow plenty of time to get signed in and seated. Jim Douglass will be running the caucus.
This is one of the most important political meetings that you, as a Democrat, can attend. This is your chance to select the candidates that you wish to have run as Democrats for offices in the Town of Peru , November 2011 election.
The following elected positions will be on the November, 2011 ballot:
TOWN COUNCIL: TWO POSITIONS CURRENTLY HELD BY BRANDY MCDONALD AND KREGG BRUNO WILL BE RUNNING FOR RE-ELECTION. PLEASE COME AND SUPPORT US.
It is most important that we give careful though as to the qualifications and standing within the community of the candidates that we send forth. It is these people who will be running our town. The office responsibility is great and we must select the very best available people.
