Tobacco-Free Signs Erected

A Town tobacco policy was approved at the Peru Town Board’s August 27, 2018 meeting prohibiting the use of tobacco products and e-cigarette in all town buildings and on all town property including parking lots, parks and walking trails. “No Smoking” signs will be placed in appropriate places.

This week “tobacco-free” signs were placed at the Peru Town Hall, the Highway Department garage, the Water and Sewer Department garage and all town parks.
