UPDATE: As of 2/2 at 1 pm the Grand Isle, VT – Plattsburgh, NY crossing is still closed due to strong south winds and ice conditions. The NWS service said the big wind change will take place around 8 am on Thursday morning. We will still have crews on standby if anything changes. We will still have crews on standby if anything changes. We will send out another update at 9 pm tonight. The Charlotte, VT – Essex, NY crossing is open and running as scheduled.
