The Peru Community Church’s building upgrades continued this week when Lake Champlain Roofing began installation of a new roof on the historic church. The metal clad steeples were painted on Thursday. Trustee Bob LaFountain said water leaks at the steeples’ base made the roof a high priority project. The new roofing has a 50-year guarantee. […]
