Plattsburgh – Saturday, November 5, 2022 – The Peru Nighthawks defeated the Beekmantown Eagles 42 -8 to win the Section VII, Class B, 2022 Boys Football Championship. If you appreciate the organ and classical music here’s an idea for this afternoon. Steve Woodruff, our respected local organist, says, “Hector Olivera is one of the world’s most respected and accomplished organist. He is amazing!” The concert is free and will last about 90-minutes.

The Peru Lions Club was at BOCES (Rise for the Center of Success) Friday morning, performing vision screenings for twenty-seven five and six-year-olds. Lions participants were Ed Eisele, David Dalton, Craig Randall, and Carlene Wood.
