Sept. 28th – 8 a.m. All Town Of Peru Water District customers remain under a boil water order. A boil water order was issued due to a water main break and significant loss of pressure to most customers. Check samples will be taken today to confirm the water is safe for consumption.

Chili Garden Salad Bread Desert   Served 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. takeout only at St. Augustine’s Parish Center, 3030 Main St., Peru.   All are welcome at our table.

Peru – The Peru Water Department reports a main water transmission line break on Elm Street. There is no water at the Peru School, LaFleur Lane, Washington St., or other streets. All users are expected to be affected eventually.
