Anyone not registered by tomorrow’s deadline cannot vote in the upcoming November election. How can people register? Good question! Folks can register online at: https://www.ny.gov/services/register-vote, stop in at the Clinton County Board of Elections office in Plattsburgh, or mail in a completed voter registration form with a postmark no later than Oct 14th.
