@NYSDEC The NYS Dec family is mourning the passing of Lt. David McShane who succumbed to a 9/11 illness contracted during his service at Ground Zero. Dave was a dedicated public servant and a brave leader. Our thoughts are with Dave’s wife, children, and loving friends.
