On May 13th the Town Planning Board approved Rick Quero’s plans to construct a self-storage facility near the corner of the Bear Swamp and Dashnaw Roads. The 195’ x 250’ property is on the Dashnaw Road adjacent to the Yarborough Square gift shop. Quero told the Peru Gazette that he and his partner David Gordon plan to construct two storage building’s this summer. A third building will be erected if demand develops.
Each building will be 140 ft. x 40 ft. and with eight 10 ft. x 22 ft. storage bays and twenty-four 10 ft. x 20 ft. storage bays.
